Holistic Nutrition is based on the principles that we are each biochemically distinct and have unique nutritional and lifestyle needs. As such, any health recommendations provided by a Holistic Nutritionist, whether they are diet, supplement or lifestyle changes, are made specifically to YOU. The purpose is to simply harmonize the whole body by taking into consideration the interrelationship of mind, body and spirit.

This Package includes 3 visits - the Initial Consultation,  Follow up Visit and Progress Visit, as detailed below. For best results, it is recommended to use within 6 weeks.

Initial Consultation
90 Minutes

The Initial Consultation is a comprehensive intake designed to get to know you, your health history, eating habits, work, lifestyle and ultimately find out what your health concerns and goals are. The information gathered during this initial meeting is carefully considered in order to create your detailed and customized Health Plan*.

Follow Up Visit

60 Minutes

This second visit will present and implement your customized Health Plan which will include specific diet, supplement & lifestyle recommendations, a menu plan, helpful recipes, tips and relevant information. Unlimited email support is also offered up until the Progress Visit.

Progress Visit

60 Minutes

This visit should ideally take place within 4-6 weeks of the Health Plan implementation in order to monitor your nutritional and wellness progress. During this visit, we will review, discuss and fine-tune your Health Plan to suit your changing diet and lifestyle needs. We may decide to make modifications as deemed appropriate. As my purpose is to support you every step of the way, our correspondence may continue via email to assure that you not only reach your health goals but that you maintain them.

60-90 Minutes

This informative 1-hour consultation includes a brief Intake, Preliminary Recommendations and relevant handouts.


2X 30 Minutes

If a Meal Plan is all you need to get you started, I will develop a 7-Day detailed Meal Plan which will address your health concerns and appeal to your individual food preferences, lifestyle and goals. It will be easy to follow and include delicious recipes.

60 Minutes
I will walk with you in the aisles of your favourite grocery stores and local markets and teach you how to pick fresh produce, read labels, look for unhealthy hidden ingredients and motivate you to make sustainable healthy choices for you and your family.

90 Minutes

Together, we will focus on a non-judgemental clean-up of your pantry and fridge. We discuss what you have stocked and enlighten you on what you need to stock in the future. I will educate you on toxic ingredients and will provide you with healthy solutions aimed to appeal to your family's specific needs. My purpose is to empower you in "the heart of your home": THE KITCHEN.

Although I conduct 15-minute introduction phone consults, all subsequent intakes and follow up meetings must be in person. I prefer to maintain traditional face-to-face meetings as I find them much more effective.
